After the information reaches us, it is stored on a secure server, resides behind a firewall and cannot be accessed from outside the company. At that point, your information can only be accessed by employees to process your orders. If an unauthorized charge appears on your credit card as a result of shopping with us while using our secure server, we will reimburse you up to the maximum $50 legal liability. We only require that you follow the reporting steps required by the issuer of your card (under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges).
We store and use this information so we can process your order. If necessary, we might use this information to contact you for help processing the order.

What is "phishing"?
"Phishing" is a scam designed to steal your personal information. If you receive an email that looks like it is from us asking you for your personal information, do not respond. We will never request your password, user name, credit card information or other personal information through email.
What about links to other websites?
When subscribing to our newsletter. Our newsletter is an optional service to our customers and the visitors to our site. This newsletter provides product promotions and other special announcements. Your specific email address is required. We will not share your email address with any third-party without your explicit consent. What information do we collect?

Do we use "cookies"?
We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?
To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

In an attempt to provide you with increased value, we may include third party links on our site. These linked sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
